Ladies, as a fellow fattie, let me give you some fashion advice – ALWAYS WEAR SLEEVES!
Fat arms need to be hidden by sleeves that fall at least to the elbow.
Just like horizontal stripes make you look fatter all over, sleeveless/capped sleeves tops and gowns make your arms look twice as big. Any beauty this dress might’ve had is totally ruined by her huge, flabby, batwingy arms.
Just like we’re not meant to wear bikinis or halter tops, we should never, ever wear sleeveless.
So remember, even if it’s your wedding, ALWAYS WEAR SLEEVES! You are NOT “empowered” or “diva like” when you wear sleeveless. You are just GROSS and the ONLY thing you empower is projectile vomiting!
I was going to make a comment about an incredibly poor choice for a wedding dress, but I can see that pretty much everything that needed to be said has been said.
The only thing I would add is: Didn’t you have any friends help you pick out your dress? Or maybe your mom? WTF, do they all hate you?
Her dress looks strictly off-the-rack (sales rack, not hers) with no alterations whatsoever. The breast stays are way too high and the cups too large for her breasts. Let’s not even discuss the backboob thing going on. There are right and wrong ways for us chubsters to wear clothing. This is a wrong one.
At least this picture from wedinator.com wasn’t culled from the seemingly infinite number of oopsie-hoopsie wedding upskirt pictures. Is this a new fad or something?
Yeah…. This is a woman who is in denial about her size. Just goes to show you that the old saying “Every woman is beautiful on her wedding day” is NOT true. At least not if you try and cram your rolls into a dress that doesn’t suit your weight.
My dress was long sleeves, puffed shoulders, and full skirt. Not much skin showing at all.

The strapless wedding dress has been all the rage for about 7-8 years (check out the Sunday paper, look in the Brides section, everyone has nearly the same dress these days – BOOOORRRRING!), and there are just some people that should NEVER wear this type of dress – you are looking at one right now. I’m not as big as she is but I would never wear anything like this. She’s got back boobs coming out the top and the sides. There had to be something better for her in the shops. Long sleeves and a full back, with a dropped waist forming a “V” in front would have looked lovely on her !!!!

According to Award Family Photos, the photographer didn’t see the man on the roof until after the photos were taken. The bride had a good enough sense of humor to share the photos.

do you think it’s easy for a plus sized woman to find a wedding gown? well, it’s not. and not everyone can afford to have it custom made and obviously this gown was not custom made for this lady. if you’re plus sized, everything is harder to find and more expensive. maybe she did the best she could.
Seriously, freaking out about this lady’s upper arms is unnecessary. No one should care that much about how their own or someone else’s upper arms look. If she likes sleeveless designs, then she should wear them. People who try to control over people to this extent have issues.

A sweetheart neckline is supposed to enhance the bust of a woman with a small bust. On this bride, it just looks ridiculous!
I can’t believe all the people that commented negatively on this girl and her dress. She obviously loved this dress and it shows in the picture. This is the happiest day of her life and she is marrying the man of her dreams. So to all the people hating on this girl and her dress, take a look at yourself and scrutinize your flaws first and unless you have a perfect body then stop criticizing others you hateful people.

I think my favorite part about this is if the photographer had just used the correct exposure setting everything in the window would probably have been contrasted out. Hope she didn’t pay too much for this wedding photographer.
