Yes, it could be cleaned up in short order. There is a difference between messy, like this room, and dirty, which would involve filth and unsanitary conditions that are NOT present here.
However it’s the fact that she tried to take a “look at me, aren’t I hot/sexy/cute/whatever” picture in the room that looks like a tornado struck without cleaning up beforehand. If she doesn’t care enough to clean up that mess, does she really care about cleaning up herself??
