This beard has the capacity to freeze time to allow the owner to awkwardly size up the camera. He also choses who can travel through frozen time with him, that is why the DJ is still dropping sick remixes of the Chicken Dance.

When you have a *real* camera, you can lower the shutter speed to get high quality pictures in dim lighting without a flash. The only downside is that anything which moves comes out blurry.
That’s what’s happening here. The guy is standing still for the photo, which is why he comes out clear, but everyone else is moving, which is why they come out blurry.
No s*** dumb** its not like he really stopped time retard.
Because there’s no motion like stopped motion.
He heard those camera things can steal your soul and is now trying to decide if that could have just happened to his, and if so, what to do about it.
