actually by looking at the woman’s upper body & arms you can tell she is a chunker, not a normal girl that’s got the preggo belly. Beast like these are to be avoided at all costs in real life, and it would seem this comment thread has quite a few rearing their pudgy heads!
Actually, you can pretty much guarantee she’s pregnant. Check out her leg size, also I’m pretty sure what you’re seeing is how the arm is straight and somewhat bent, which gives the effect of being overweight. Nevermind how fat would float in the water, as opposed to sinking.

That being said, being in the medical field and having had a baby myself, it’s obvious this woman is pregnant. Not to mention the fact that I have NEVER seen a man patting a woman’s belly like that for any reason other than greeting offspring… Also, buy some glasses. What you see on her arm is not flap, it’s the open portion of the underarm making it look like she has flab on her arms. Troll elsewhere…

Responding to our medical troll, it’s apparent that the stickboy in the pic isn’t rubbing any preg belly, but rather treating the chunker as a bit of a life preserver, as he is in above his head in more ways than one.
Either that, or he’s making a sly grab for no-man’s land. I hope not.
But none the less, the lack of normal thickness in other parts of the beast’s body (including the area above the abnormally engrossed stomach area) indicates fat, which the one piece would also fit with (but only fit in the figurative sense!). All in all, just another obese woman, worth a dime a dozen.
